Design, build, and deliver SoC emulation models and RTL for SSD SoCs. Perform logic design, verification (UVM, FPV), synthesis, place-and-route, timing and power analysis, and collaborate with firmware, microarchitecture, and system teams to validate and ready designs for manufacturing.

Lead preparation, review, and filing of SEC reports (10‑K, 10‑Q, 8‑K, proxy, registration) and XBRL tagging. Oversee earnings releases and investor materials, ensure US GAAP and SEC disclosure compliance, maintain disclosure controls and SOX processes, partner with cross‑functional teams and auditors, mentor SEC reporting staff, and drive reporting automation and process improvements.

The internship involves working with engineering teams on SSD validation, reliability, and software development using C++ and Python, alongside full-stack development tools.
