Lead and execute tax operations including M&A due diligence and structuring, transfer pricing documentation and defense, audit response support, tax research and modeling, credits and incentives, SOX controls, and cross-functional coordination with Accounting, Finance, Legal, and external advisors.

Support management reporting and P&L analysis, prepare financial statements and presentations for leadership, analyze variances and KPIs, drive month-end close process improvements, develop periodic performance reports, and provide ad hoc financial modeling and recommendations to improve P&L performance.

Lead global NAND technology development capacity planning, capital investment strategy, and deployment execution. Own capacity modeling, capital roadmaps, scenario analysis, and TD systems/analytics. Drive cross-functional projects, standardize processes, build global IE teams, and provide executive decision support to optimize factory readiness and investments.
