Lead and deliver new coach training and continuing education across Northern California studios. Recruit and evaluate coaches with Talent Acquisition, provide in-studio support and objective trainee evaluations, coordinate training schedules, maintain coaching responsibilities, and travel heavily to develop and uphold on-brand coaching standards.

Lead and grow the consumer-facing engineering organization for mobile, web, backend services, and integrations. Own technical strategy, architecture, and delivery; manage internal teams and external partners; improve scalability, reliability, and engineering processes; partner with Product and business stakeholders to drive outcomes and platform modernization.

Lead studio operations and client experience while coaching 5 classes/week. Support Head Coach Community Manager with sales, outreach, retail, team supervision, and maintaining brand and facility standards to meet revenue and client satisfaction targets.
