SOLFL seeks teachers who support experiential, multidisciplinary education integrating entrepreneurship, ecology, creative expression, and spiritual practice. Lead high-school Mathematics, Physics, and applied engineering instruction and department development. Teach Algebra through Calculus and Statistics; support Physics and Design Studio projects; develop curriculum and integrated real-world learning; manage academic systems, assessment, and departmental administration; and bring technology, robotics, and AI-informed practices to student product development.

Design and lead a K-12 Hebrew program, teaching middle and high school classes, building vertical curriculum progression, integrating culture and texts, mentoring staff, and embedding Hebrew into experiential, interdisciplinary school life.

Lead K-12 ecology teaching and curriculum across grades, designing project-based, outdoor learning and field immersions. Teach middle school ecology, co-design lessons with curriculum lead, support high-school ecology ventures, manage student progress and academic governance, and build systems for experiential, real-world ecology education.

Lead, design, and teach an integrated ELA and History program for grades 6–12. Build curriculum and standards for writing, reading, discussion, and historical thinking; teach seminars, workshops, and classes; design assessments and provide actionable feedback; integrate humanities with environmental solutionism and impact entrepreneurship; cultivate a rigorous classroom culture and communicate student growth to families.

Teach middle-school integrated ecology (Web of Life) and high-school science tied to student ventures. Plan and execute project-based, real-world learning; maintain rigorous classroom management, systems for planning/assessment, and collaborate to develop curriculum and strengthen science programming.

Lead and operate student-run on-campus enterprises (coffee shop, retail, ventures). Design hands-on roles teaching inventory, bookkeeping, product development, marketing, and customer experience. Partner with farm educator for farm-to-shelf products, integrate impact and giveback programs, build systems and workflows, and align ventures with school learning goals.

Lead a mixed-grade (4th-5th) classroom using progressive, inquiry-based, project- and place-based approaches. Design interdisciplinary units integrating literacy, math, science, ecology, entrepreneurship, and the arts. Differentiate instruction using UDL, support neurodiverse learners, teach executive functioning, and build strong family and community partnerships. Participate in curriculum design, exhibitions, and school initiatives to cultivate student agency, critical thinking, and social-emotional growth.
