Lead the Group HR operating model across multiple African countries, managing international HR teams and Centers of Excellence. Responsibilities include HR strategy, compensation, performance and talent management, succession planning, employer branding, workforce costs, post-merger integration, organizational transformation, HR process harmonization, data quality, and leadership development. The role advises senior management, supports change, and drives consistent, business-oriented HR execution across the Group.

Leads group-wide compensation and benefits strategy across African subsidiaries, including job architecture, salary bands, incentives, benchmarking, benefits, mobility, analytics, and payroll governance. Serves as HR Business Partner for Switzerland and UAE, managing recruitment, employee lifecycle, Swiss payroll, social insurances, UAE payroll, labor compliance, and senior stakeholder advising. Manages the Group Compensation and Benefits team and HRIS compensation data quality.

Lead pigment and ink sales by identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, meeting revenue targets, maintaining and expanding client relationships, applying technical product knowledge, and ensuring regulatory understanding to drive market growth.
