Operate forklifts and manufacturing plant equipment; formulate, weigh, fill, and handle chemical products and waste; track raw material stores; perform housekeeping and effluent handling; follow PPE, safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures; report incidents and abnormalities; and work rotational 12-hour shifts with possible overtime.

Plan and manage fertilizer and bio-stimulant research trials, coordinate seasonal crop programs and trial collaborators, analyze results using ARM, and support product development, regulatory compliance, labeling, portfolio reviews, and sales training. The role also monitors field trials, manages trial payments and documentation, provides technical input on product positioning, and engages with agricultural industry organizations. Candidates need a relevant agricultural or scientific degree, product development experience, South African permit experience, and fertilizer legislation knowledge.

Lead and deliver the Agro Business Line innovation agenda across countries: manage the full innovation pipeline, run cross-functional project teams, coordinate regulatory and launch activities, liaise with external partners, implement governance (stage-gate, KPIs), and drive execution to deliver strategic initiatives on time.
