Candidates need B2B sales and relevant industry experience, strong negotiation skills, autonomy, administrative ability, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Develop and grow Lubrizol’s fluid engineering portfolio across African markets. Responsibilities include technical sales, market development, customer and channel-partner relationship management, product recommendations, training, presentations, pipeline and forecast management, competitive monitoring, and collaboration with Lubrizol and Solevo teams. The role requires industrial fluid expertise, consultative selling skills, independent execution, and occasional travel.
