Owns Soldo’s customer education and documentation strategy, building scalable self-serve learning experiences for SMB and enterprise customers. Responsibilities include creating guides, release education, learning paths, and video scripts; partnering with Product; managing localization and content governance; measuring content effectiveness; and using AI-assisted workflows to improve content production and customer adoption.

Owns end-to-end finance for Soldo’s Italian entities, including statutory accounting, financial reporting, tax filings, transfer pricing, treasury, payroll accounting, audit coordination, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. The role ensures adherence to Italian GAAP, IFRS, the Italian Civil Code, DORA, PCI DSS, and GDPR while integrating local finance activities with group reporting and advising international stakeholders.

Owns the strategy, growth, and maintenance of Soldo’s B2B digital customer community and engagement ecosystem. Responsibilities include developing customer education and content, managing knowledge bases and self-service resources, monitoring community feedback, organizing user-group events, managing digital reviews, and collaborating with Product and Marketing teams. The role also focuses on AI-driven search, content discoverability, customer advocacy, and scalable customer experience improvements.

Manage mid-market and enterprise SaaS customers, driving adoption, retention, and expansion. Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, identify customer pain points, communicate measurable product value, and own expansion revenue targets. Develop customer success motions for new markets and industry verticals while collaborating with Pre-Sales, Onboarding, Professional Services, Product, and Marketing teams. Use CRM tools and structured success methodologies to manage accounts, opportunities, and forecasts.

Develop and maintain Soldo’s React Native mobile application, building scalable UI components, managing state with Redux Toolkit, integrating REST APIs, and working with native iOS and Android capabilities. The role includes testing, code reviews, architecture discussions, CI/CD and developer workflow improvements, and collaboration with product and design teams. The developer will also evaluate AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.

Manages data-driven customer lifecycle campaigns for Soldo’s self-serve customer base. Responsibilities include strategic campaign planning, audience segmentation, personalization, cross-functional coordination with Marketing, Product, Sales, Support, and Finance, and performance analysis. The role uses customer success and marketing automation platforms to improve activation, retention, expansion, and overall customer engagement.

Supports the development, maintenance, and optimization of the company data warehouse and data management systems. Responsibilities include SQL analysis, data mart and ETL design, data quality and performance assurance, testing, and collaboration with BI specialists and data scientists. The role also contributes to business insights and recommendations while helping manage data models, warehouses, and lifecycle processes.

Design, develop, test, release, and operate backend services for a regulated fintech platform. The role involves Java and Spring development, microservices, distributed systems, observability, secure engineering, production support, and CI/CD. Acts as finance business partner to regulated financial services teams, delivers Board reporting, supports regulatory returns including Mastercard submissions, manages intercompany agreements, and strengthens governance, reporting accuracy, and process efficiency.

Designs, improves, and scales go-to-market operational processes across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Onboarding, Pricing, and Billing. The role analyzes workflows and operational data, identifies exceptions and inefficiencies, develops recommendations, documents processes, and supports cross-functional projects and new initiatives. It also helps implement scalable solutions, controls, and operational changes in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

Develop the Irish market for Soldo by building pipeline, cultivating C-level relationships, and selling its SaaS spend-management platform. The role manages complex enterprise and mid-market sales processes, uses value-based and consultative selling, delivers tailored product demonstrations, and builds compelling business cases. Responsibilities also include exceeding quota, developing vertical expertise, partnering with Marketing and SDR/BDR teams, supporting technology partnerships, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver customer outcomes.

Designs, configures, tests, and maintains AML and transaction-monitoring rules across card payments and bank transfers. Monitors alerts, investigates risk patterns, analyzes false positives, supports fraud and financial crime controls, and provides documentation for audits and regulatory activities. The specialist collaborates with Risk, Compliance, Security, technology teams, and external providers to improve monitoring systems, manage issues, and assess new payment products.

Supports the Business Intelligence function by automating recurring reports, developing dashboards, conducting data quality checks, documenting metrics, and assisting with stakeholder analysis and advanced analytics projects. The role requires SQL, BI dashboarding, structured data validation, clear communication, and strong attention to accuracy and reporting consistency.
