Owns Soldo’s customer education and documentation strategy, building scalable self-serve learning experiences for SMB and enterprise customers. Responsibilities include creating guides, release education, learning paths, and video scripts; partnering with Product; managing localization and content governance; measuring content effectiveness; and using AI-assisted workflows to improve content production and customer adoption.

Owns end-to-end finance for Soldo’s Italian entities, including statutory accounting, financial reporting, tax filings, transfer pricing, treasury, payroll accounting, audit coordination, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. The role ensures adherence to Italian GAAP, IFRS, the Italian Civil Code, DORA, PCI DSS, and GDPR while integrating local finance activities with group reporting and advising international stakeholders.

Owns the strategy, growth, and maintenance of Soldo’s B2B digital customer community and engagement ecosystem. Responsibilities include developing customer education and content, managing knowledge bases and self-service resources, monitoring community feedback, organizing user-group events, managing digital reviews, and collaborating with Product and Marketing teams. The role also focuses on AI-driven search, content discoverability, customer advocacy, and scalable customer experience improvements.
