Owns mid-to-bottom funnel demand generation for SolarWinds Observability, including integrated campaign strategy, retargeting, AI-enabled workflow automation, sales alignment, testing, measurement, and optimization. The role focuses on generating qualified pipeline and revenue from CIO and senior IT buyers through paid, email, web, social, chatbot, and event channels. The manager partners with product marketing, CRO, SDR, sales, and regional teams to improve conversion rates and scale high-performing programs.

Provides executive administrative and operational support to three General Managers. Responsibilities include calendar management, meeting coordination, expense processing, event and offsite planning, business travel arrangements, vendor coordination, action-item tracking, and cross-functional communication. The role requires strong organization, discretion, judgment, communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while working 7 AM to 3 PM PST.
