Build automation with Python/Go/Bash, participate in on-call rotations, lead incident response and root-cause analysis, enhance observability and reliability, collaborate with engineering teams, and contribute to capacity planning, upgrades, and operational documentation.

Lead mid-to-bottom funnel demand generation for SolarWinds Observability. Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, develop AI-driven targeting and automation, align with sales/SDRs, measure and optimize performance to drive new-business pipeline and revenue.

Manage and maintain subscriber databases, ensure list hygiene and compliance, build audience segments and personas, track email performance metrics, run A/B tests, and deliver insights to optimize email deliverability and marketing programs.
