Conduct online and in-person training for project engineers and operations teams. Develop presentations, learning materials, and training content using MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and Canva. Assess training needs, coordinate with teams, mentor employees, gather participant feedback, and monitor program effectiveness. Travel to various locations as needed to deliver training.

Leads end-to-end rooftop solar project execution across Rajasthan, managing project managers, field engineers, customer teams, vendors, and contractors. Owns delivery KPIs, quality, customer satisfaction, resource allocation, site readiness, DISCOM coordination, and operational reviews. Coordinates with Sales, Design, Supply Chain, and Customer Delight teams while enforcing safety and quality SOPs. Requires strong people leadership, field execution, stakeholder management, and willingness to travel within the state.

Lead end-to-end rooftop solar project execution across the state. Manage project managers, field engineers, customer teams, vendors, and contractors while driving installation timelines, quality, safety, NPS, and operational KPIs. Resolve site readiness and utility coordination issues, optimize manpower and materials, coordinate with sales and supply chain, maintain project dashboards, and lead operational reviews.
