Drives membership and sponsorship revenue across the Southeast through prospecting, consultative selling, renewals, upgrades, account development, and event-based sales. Manages the full sales lifecycle, builds executive relationships, develops territory and sponsorship plans, maintains Salesforce pipeline accuracy, and partners with marketing and internal teams to improve lead conversion, retention, and member engagement. The role is based in Washington, D.C., follows a hybrid schedule, and requires some travel.

Manages SEIA’s IT infrastructure, cloud services, Microsoft 365 environment, identity systems, endpoints, networks, security tools, servers, backups, and user support. Troubleshoots technical issues, administers access controls, monitors system reliability and security, supports technology implementations, maintains documentation, coordinates vendors, manages IT assets and licenses, and identifies opportunities for automation and operational improvement.
