Monitor and investigate security alerts across email, endpoint, identity, and cloud environments; support incident response, access management, vulnerability remediation, security-tool administration, phishing response, compliance requests, documentation, and security awareness. The analyst partners with IT and Help Desk teams, participates in after-hours incident on-call rotation, and helps improve detection quality and security operations processes.

Administers and secures enterprise networks, servers, Microsoft cloud infrastructure, endpoints, identity platforms, and virtualization environments. Manages firewalls, Okta, MDM, RMM, patching, vulnerability remediation, privileged access, MFA, and zero-trust controls. Supports incident response, security monitoring, risk assessments, compliance audits, backup and disaster recovery, and infrastructure health reporting. Collaborates with IT and security teams, documents procedures and changes, participates in security improvement initiatives, and supports on-call response.

Supervises corporate accounting activities including accounts payable, billing, payroll, month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, tax compliance, financial reporting, and audit support. Leads 1–3 direct reports through coaching and performance management, partners with internal accounting teams and external auditors, and strengthens internal controls and processes. The role requires accurate financial analysis, reporting, vendor coordination, and compliance with company policies.

Reviews and processes aircraft-related invoices, crew expenses, vendor payments, and financial transactions. Maintains accurate coding and documentation in Oracle Fusion, monitors bank balances and AP aging, reconciles vendor statements, prepares owner reporting packages, and resolves discrepancies. Communicates with aircraft crews, vendors, and internal teams while supporting month-end deadlines, process improvements, automation, and responsible AI-enabled efficiency initiatives.

Manages charter sales and private-flight logistics from initial opportunity through quoting, negotiation, closing, fulfillment, and client service. Provides prompt quotes, handles high call volume, maintains customer records, develops client and industry relationships, monitors market and competitor offerings, attends promotional events, and meets monthly sales quotas. Requires rotating evening, overnight, weekend, holiday, and 24/7 availability, with occasional travel as directed.

Leads client accounting for managed aircraft owners, overseeing financial reporting, cash management, payments, reconciliations, month-end close, project accounting, and issue resolution. Manages client relationships, cross-functional coordination, onboarding and account transitions, internal controls, process improvements, and accounting systems. Directly leads, coaches, and develops the Client Accounting team while reporting risks and account status to leadership.
