Manages end-to-end, multi-state payroll operations for hourly, salaried, exempt, non-exempt, and per diem employees. Operate Citation XLS+ aircraft as Second-in-Command from Austin, ensuring safe flight operations, passenger and crew safety, regulatory compliance, aircraft readiness, weather and route review, preflight inspections, and accurate trip documentation. The role requires on-call availability, annual ICAO international procedures training, a first-class medical certificate, Citation XLS+ or comparable type rating, and residence within two hours of KAUS or relocation.
