Lead institutional client acquisition and full sales cycle for banks, asset managers, asset owners and insurers. Build C-level relationships, identify high-value opportunities, present Solactive index and FinTech solutions, negotiate deals, and collaborate with structuring and in-house teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Lead design, build, and operation of a scalable data platform powering index construction and analytics. Manage ~30 data engineers and operations staff, oversee ingestion, normalization, governance, and internal distribution of market and reference data, align platform capabilities with business needs, and drive cross-functional execution and innovation.

Provide L1/L2 support for market‑data, index, and trading applications across distributed Linux environments. Monitor systems, troubleshoot real‑time issues, lead incident management, perform root‑cause analysis, execute SQL/database fixes, manage changes/releases (ITIL), collaborate with global teams, maintain runbooks, and drive platform improvements.

Support the Equity Index Structuring team by developing index methodologies, implementing selection rules and back-tests in Python, drafting guidelines, and assisting with client requests and daily structuring tasks.

Operate, maintain, and automate on‑premise production infrastructure and self‑hosted Kubernetes clusters. Build automation (Python, Ansible, Terraform), manage storage (Ceph, ZFS, S3), monitoring (InfluxDB, ELK, LGTM), backups/DR, networking (BGP), virtualization (Proxmox, OpenStack), and maintain operational documentation.

Support and mentor DevOps team to ensure availability, performance, and scalability of infrastructure. Drive CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, automation and standardization. Integrate releases into production, collaborate with stakeholders, and maintain monitoring and performance analysis.
