Design and build the runtime, orchestration, and governance for AI agents in an enterprise HR platform. Implement multi-step workflows, state management, recovery, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, integration layers, permission and policy enforcement, and end-to-end observability. Establish scalable engineering patterns and ensure agents operate safely within customer-defined boundaries.

Design, build, and own production AI systems that transform enterprise HR data into accurate, explainable actions. Develop evaluation infrastructure, choose across embeddings, classifiers and foundation models, and design for auditability and compliance. Collaborate with founders to set AI architecture, reliability, and privacy standards for an early-stage HR platform.

Build end-to-end product features across the stack: Kotlin/JVM backend services and APIs, TypeScript front-end, dynamic data-driven and conversational/agent-mediated interfaces; define component and API patterns and use AI-assisted development to move quickly.

Lead the product design vision for an AI-native HR platform: design employee, manager, admin, and leadership experiences; build the platform/builder and scalable design system; work with early customers and partner with product and engineering to turn complex HR workflows into simple, reliable interactions.

Own the payroll domain: define data models, compliance architecture, and payroll engine design. Write detailed product specs, co-design with engineering and design, translate regulatory requirements into product constraints, and work with early customers to validate real-world payroll complexity.

Design and spec implementation tooling for AI-native HRIS deployments; act as domain expert on complex HRIS implementations; partner with engineering and early customers to build, validate, and iterate migration, configuration, and automation capabilities; perform hands-on implementations while informing product requirements.
