Manage a federal BARDA contract supporting medical countermeasure research and development. Oversee contractor staff, consulting hires, government-furnished equipment, contract compliance, quality control, performance improvement, travel management, invoicing, reporting, and staff guidance. The role advises government contracting officials, coordinates operational meetings, manages risks and corrective actions, and ensures timely, cost-effective delivery of contract requirements.

Designs and architects IVR solutions for large government programs, including call flows, scripts, dialogues, telephony and backend integrations.
