Provides onsite executive assistance to three BARDA senior leaders. Coordinates meetings, conference rooms, IT readiness, agendas, notes, action items, follow-ups, document routing, calendars, invitations, and information requests. Tracks leadership tasks through completion, organizes SharePoint files, deconflicts schedules, and supports changing priorities in a fast-paced government environment. Requires office or leadership support experience, Microsoft application proficiency, SharePoint experience, and Public Trust eligibility.

Gather and analyze business requirements, document processes and specifications, coordinate between stakeholders and IT teams, validate solutions through user acceptance testing, support IT project implementation, and monitor project progress, risks, and issues for government programs.

Performs manual, exploratory, functional, integration, regression, and performance testing for native iOS and Android applications, especially Flutter-based apps. Builds and maintains Java-based automation frameworks and tests, documents defects in Jira, validates requirements and fixes, supports CI/CD-integrated testing, and collaborates with Agile delivery teams. The role also maintains test documentation, participates in Scrum ceremonies and defect triage, and supports occasional rotational on-call duties for federal government software programs.
