Build the sales motion from scratch: own the full B2B SaaS sales cycle, prospect and qualify leads, expand accounts, establish sales systems and metrics, and collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams to scale product-led sales.

Own organic growth and AEO/AIO performance: set roadmap from keyword/prompt research to programmatic systems, reposition Softr across LLMs, lead technical and programmatic SEO, build link/citation and Reddit authority, and partner with Content, Product, and Engineering to report performance and translate algorithm and LLM changes into action.

Lead and scale agency and technology/integration partner programs to drive revenue. Source, pitch, close, onboard, and nurture partners; align with Marketing, Product, and CS; set KPIs; track performance; run experiments; and represent the company at events.

Lead full-funnel demand generation to convert marketing investment into revenue. Own pipeline and MQL targets, paid, email, lifecycle campaigns, budget allocation, attribution and automation infrastructure, sales alignment, and manage a two-person demand gen team.

Lead Softr's community channels, build relationships, run events and programs (Ambassador/Expert/Influencer), gather product feedback, and collaborate with product and marketing to drive user success and growth.
