The role involves Python and Node.js backend development, React and Next.js frontend work, API integrations, database management, debugging, architecture discussions, code reviews, client communication, mentoring junior developers, and improving performance and security across diverse client projects.

Plan, execute, monitor and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads to generate leads. Track performance metrics, conduct keyword and audience research, create/test ad copy and creatives, coordinate with design/content teams, and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
