Configure and customize Salesforce, develop Apex and Lightning Web Components, build integrations with external systems, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders. The role includes testing, troubleshooting, optimization, code reviews, deployments, documentation, and maintaining reliable, secure, high-performance solutions.

Manage business and IT change projects from initiation through completion, including plans, scope, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Run multiple projects in parallel, facilitate meetings and workshops, identify delivery risks, and drive resolutions. Work with UK-based business and technology teams in a flexible Agile/Scrum environment, with occasional UK travel.

Lead migration of applications and identities from ADFS to Microsoft Entra ID for a banking client. Assess federation environments, configure SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect integrations, manage provisioning, lifecycle processes, Conditional Access, MFA, and access policies. Develop PowerShell scripts and reusable migration templates, coordinate cutovers with application, security, and infrastructure teams, troubleshoot issues, and document runbooks and operational procedures.
