Serve as the primary liaison between banking stakeholders and the development team to define, prioritize, and deliver product features. Create and manage Jira backlogs, translate business ideas into clear requirements, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery while communicating complex needs to technical teams.

Analyze VINs and vehicle attributes to discover recurring patterns and develop reliable VIN decoding rules. Investigate and fix decoding errors, build Python/SQL analysis and validation scripts, deploy verified patterns to production, monitor accuracy, and collaborate with engineering and analytics teammates using AI-assisted tools.
