Lead enterprise customer success activities for SaaS products, manage account relationships, drive adoption, upsell, handle Zendesk/Jira tickets, build success plans, report usage and KPIs, coordinate cross-functional escalations, and operate in a 24x7 offshore/onshore model during US business hours.

Design, configure, and optimize Oracle ICM Cloud solutions including compensation plans, crediting rules, rollups, integrations with Oracle Cloud, testing, performance tuning, production support, and documentation/training while leading technical delivery.

Lead design, development, integration, and deployment of Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions. Implement Apex, LWC/Aura, declarative automations, and REST/SOAP integrations. Mentor junior developers, perform code reviews, manage data migrations, and ensure adherence to best practices and security.
