Officiate soccer leagues and tournaments, enforce rules, manage game pace, promote safe and competitive play, communicate with players and coaches, record scores and fouls, attend required training, and provide professional customer service. The role requires soccer rules knowledge, confident decision-making, conflict resolution, evening and weekend availability, physical mobility, and preferably prior referee experience or governing-body certification.

The role requires evening and weekend availability, attendance at training or certification courses, and the ability to remain active, attentive, and impartial during games.

Coordinates Lil’ Kickers youth soccer programming, including registrations, attendance, payments, sales strategies, trials, open houses, and performance metrics. Hires, mentors, and evaluates coaching staff while delivering classes and maintaining coaching quality. Manages equipment and uniform inventory, supports clean and welcoming sessions, resolves customer concerns, and handles day-to-day program operations. Weeknight evening and weekend availability are required.
