Coordinate year-round youth NFL Flag Football leagues and development classes, including scheduling, rosters, communications, coaching, curriculum development, player development, and administrative support. The role also supports registration, sales, retention, officiating, and community building while maintaining organized, professional programming that follows NFL Flag Football rules and Sofive standards.

Officiate soccer leagues and tournaments, enforce rules, manage game pace, promote safe and competitive play, communicate with players and coaches, record scores and fouls, attend required training, and provide professional customer service. The role requires soccer rules knowledge, confident decision-making, conflict resolution, evening and weekend availability, physical mobility, and preferably prior referee experience or governing-body certification.
