What You’ll Be Doing

Support senior leadership in developing and executing sales strategies for Lil’ Kickers classes
Drive program registrations and achieve key performance metrics including attendance, revenue, and retention
Manage free trials and open houses to create outstanding first experiences for families
Oversee day-to-day program operations, including registrations, payments, and attendance tracking
Hire, onboard, mentor, and develop coaching staff through ongoing education and feedback
Conduct coaching observations and provide constructive performance feedback
Deliver Lil’ Kickers classes while setting the standard for coaching quality and engagement
Manage equipment and uniform inventory to maintain professional standards
Ensure a clean, welcoming, and high-energy environment during all sessions
Support additional operational needs to ensure program success

Schedule

Weeknight evenings required
Weekend availability required
Flexible schedule based on program needs

What You’ll Need

Passion for soccer and youth development
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ability to motivate, mentor, and develop coaching staff
Customer-service mindset with strong conflict-resolution skills
Proactive, energetic, and professional attitude
Sales or retail experience preferred
Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required

Salary Range: $48,000–$58,000
