Responsibilities include business planning, strategic account development, merchandising and promotional execution, customer presentations, quarterly business reviews, and managing rebates, allowances, deductions, and receivables. The role requires retail POS experience, strong relationship-building and solution-selling skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to travel as needed.

Manage capital projects from concept through commissioning, including plant construction, budgeting, cost tracking, vendor negotiations, permitting, and approvals.
