Lead large-scale Miles implementations for automotive and leasing clients: scope projects, analyze complex requirements, design solutions, manage stakeholders, mentor consultants, drive process improvements, and liaise with product and development teams.

Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams: elicit, document, and validate requirements; model and improve business processes; support Agile delivery and backlog prioritization; assist in testing, handovers, and post-go-live support while ensuring stakeholder alignment.

Assist planning, monitoring, reporting, documentation, invoicing, budget tracking, time logging verification, stakeholder communication, onboarding, and access management to ensure timely, efficient delivery.

Work with clients and project teams to analyze requirements, design and configure the Miles ERP solution, perform unit testing, support data migration and reporting, document solutions, and ensure timely delivery and handover.

Perform functional testing for the Miles Enterprise Suite: define test scenarios and cases, execute tests, report results, and collaborate with business consultants and developers. May extend to integration and interface testing.

Lead the IAM product strategy and roadmap for enterprise leasing and mobility platforms. Work with engineers to design, prototype, and deliver Keycloak-based IAM solutions (SSO, MFA, OAuth/OIDC, SCIM), support customer integrations, prioritize backlog for security and time-to-value, and drive platform adoption, compliance, and onboarding speed across hybrid on-prem and hosted environments.

Work with customers to design, implement and test integrations between Miles and third-party systems. Run requirement workshops, map landscapes, produce functional/technical specs, perform pre-delivery testing, support go-live, manage change requests, troubleshoot integration defects, and provide solution consulting and documentation.

Develop and deliver backend features for the Miles Enterprise Suite. Analyze existing code, design scalable technical solutions, work in an Agile Scrum team, collaborate with Product Owners, and contribute to the global developer community by sharing best practices and driving innovation.

Design and implement cloud-native microservices for the Miles Enterprise platform. Translate domain models into service architectures, build RESTful APIs, design databases and ORMs, apply CI/CD and containerization, prioritize security in SSDLC, collaborate with API consumers, and mentor junior engineers.

Design, develop, customize, and maintain ERP software modules for automotive finance, leasing, fleet, and mobility. Work in agile/Scrum teams to implement features, analyze code, design technical solutions, optimize relational databases, and collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable applications.

Design and deliver production-grade agentic AI solutions by integrating LLMs, LangChain, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks. Enable multi-agent interactions using protocols like MCP/A2A, ensure security, data governance, observability, and enterprise integration, and help define the AI development lifecycle from prototype to deployment and monitoring.

Translate customer requirements into functional and system specifications, design and document configuration solutions, perform unit testing, support data migration and reporting, ensure timely delivery and handover, and collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align implementations with the product roadmap.

Lead the France country unit to drive financial performance, customer relationships, team development, and operational excellence. Own P&L, strategy translation, market analysis, go-to-market alignment, upselling to key accounts, delivery and customer success oversight, staffing, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration. Travel across French offices and to the Belgian HQ.

Lead design and integration of an enterprise IAM foundation using Keycloak. Implement and manage OAuth/OIDC/SAML across microservices, customize platform modules, collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams, translate product needs into scalable solutions, and act as technical IAM lead for internal and external integrations.
