Leads and develops a customer operations team by setting direction, coaching employees, managing career growth, recruiting, onboarding, and fostering continuous improvement. Oversees end-to-end software implementation delivery, including scope, budget, quality, sprint optimization, impediment removal, and collaboration with the Scrum Master. Requires experience with software development processes, complex ERP or software implementations, software configuration, project lifecycles, and Dutch and English proficiency.

Develop and customize ERP software for automotive finance, leasing, fleet, and mobility management customers. Responsibilities include building software modules, developing new features, analyzing code, designing technical solutions, optimizing system architecture, and collaborating with analysts, testers, consultants, and product owners in an agile Scrum environment. The role requires Java development across microservices and monolithic architectures, relational database expertise, technical ownership, and clear English communication with international teams.

Perform proactive and reactive performance engineering across DB, API, and UI layers: load, stress, and scalability testing; diagnose and resolve bottlenecks; maintain performance/load environments; optimize batch jobs; and provide guidance to development and customers to improve system performance and resilience.
