Leads construction code and planning projects from initiation through municipal approval and final sign-off. Manages project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, deliverables, reporting, and client communications. Coordinates architects, engineers, contractors, internal teams, and municipal agencies while ensuring permitting, code compliance, and approval requirements are met. Serves as the primary client and project contact, resolves issues, maintains project records, and may supervise or mentor junior project managers.

Provides building envelope and roofing design, detailing, analysis, inspections, construction administration, and technical consulting. Reviews shop drawings and submittals, develops roof replacement scopes, conducts field reviews, prepares reports and CAD details, manages project deliverables and budgets, advises clients on performance and constructability, and mentors staff. Requires substantial building envelope and roofing experience, architectural or engineering education, strong code knowledge, and advanced technical expertise.

Collects, processes, and analyzes monitoring sensor data; checks data quality and identifies anomalies; supports dashboards, visualization, technical reports, data validation, and documentation. The intern will assist with water quality and environmental monitoring projects while providing technical support and developing data analysis skills.

Coordinates marketing proposals, qualifications packages, SF330 documents, and presentation materials for RFP/RFQ responses. Prepares technical resumes and project descriptions, coordinates deliverables across locations, maintains content libraries and CRM data, and supports broader marketing initiatives. The role requires strong organization, writing, communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and deadline management in an architecture, engineering, or construction environment.

Perform accurate data entry, annotation, classification, labeling, curation, cleaning, formatting, and standardization across datasets including architectural plans and multimedia. Conduct quality checks, identify inconsistencies, enrich data with metadata, organize repositories, and collaborate with technical teams to resolve data-quality issues.

Convert point cloud data into BIM and CAD models using Revit, AutoCAD, or similar tools. Verify as-built conditions with site teams, maintain drawing and dataset quality, organize project documentation, and coordinate modeling deliverables and revisions with international colleagues.

Develop end-to-end data pipelines, including ingestion, transformation, modeling, and data exposure. Improve the SOCOTEC Lakehouse through governance, quality, and pseudonymization initiatives. Build visualizations using Power BI or Databricks SQL and explore generative AI solutions such as Databricks GenIE. Collaborate in an agile team while applying data engineering, distributed processing, DataOps, and cloud technologies.

Create, revise, and maintain BIM models and drawings throughout project lifecycles. Develop models from laser-scanner point clouds and other inputs, produce construction and fabrication deliverables, and ensure model, drawing, and family quality. The role also supports BIM standards development, work planning, and coordination with international colleagues on infrastructure projects including tunnels, bridges, tracks, and stations.

Manage BIM standards and digital delivery across structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines. Develop ISO 19650-compliant Revit templates, maintain Revit family libraries using international classification systems, and establish AutoCAD templates aligned with AIA or ISO 13567 standards. Collaborate with international clients and internal leads to finalize project templates and digital assets. The role requires advanced Revit and AutoCAD expertise, strong English communication, AEC experience, and preferably Dynamo or Python automation skills.

Manage BIM standards and digital delivery across multidisciplinary AEC projects. Develop ISO 19650-compliant Revit templates, maintain Revit family libraries using international classification systems, establish AutoCAD standards, and collaborate with structural, architectural, MEP, and international client teams. The role requires advanced Revit and AutoCAD expertise, strong technical communication, and knowledge of BIM workflows. Dynamo or Python automation experience is preferred.

Provides broad legal and operational support to the General Counsel, including contract review and administration, employment matters, insurance, litigation, claims, legal records, outside counsel coordination, and department reporting. Manages contract and document systems, tracks obligations and deadlines, supports workflow improvements and automation, and assists with AI-enabled legal processes. Conducts laboratory mechanical and materials testing, field testing, structural monitoring, and non-destructive evaluations. Installs sensors and data acquisition systems, analyzes test data, prepares technical reports, performs site inspections, manages projects, develops business opportunities, and communicates findings to clients and stakeholders.

Leads field investigations, forensic analysis, structural design, client and construction-professional coordination, litigation support, and expert witness services. The Principal Engineer also contributes to business development, builds a client portfolio, and supports office growth. The role requires civil or structural engineering expertise, Illinois professional licensure, structural analysis and design software experience, strong communication skills, and travel for site meetings and investigations.

Provides front-desk reception, call handling, visitor support, meeting setup, mail and package processing, office supply management, copying, scanning, filing, kitchen upkeep, invoice review, correspondence preparation, and general administrative assistance. The role also supports office maintenance calls, client engagement letters, operational management, and special projects while maintaining continuous reception coverage.
