Create and maintain 3D MEP BIM models, Revit families, and drawings using point-cloud and design inputs. The role also delivers training, guides authors, oversees branding and final production, manages deadlines, and conducts lessons learned. It requires extensive proposal writing and management experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with Adobe and Microsoft tools.

Monitors sensor and instrumentation data, identifies abnormalities, configures sensors remotely, supports automated data processing, maintains data visualization on BlueTrust Monitoring platforms, and prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports. The role collaborates with on-site teams and helps ensure continuous, accurate project data delivery.

Processes vendor invoices, resolves accounts payable discrepancies, verifies coding and expense submissions, supports month-end close, maintains internal controls, and assists with annual 1099 preparation. Provides broad legal and operational support to the General Counsel, including contract review and administration, employment matters, insurance, litigation, claims, legal records, outside counsel coordination, and department reporting. Manages contract and document systems, tracks obligations and deadlines, supports workflow improvements and automation, and assists with AI-enabled legal processes. Requires discretion, strong organization, communication, independent judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
