Lead construction dispute resolution cases including claims evaluation, schedule and cost analysis, expert reports and testimony. Manage multiple engagements, develop project strategy and budgets, mentor staff, create demonstratives, rebut opposing analyses, and support business development.

Create, update and coordinate BIM models and drawings across project lifecycles, using laser-scan point clouds. Produce BIM deliverables for construction, documentation and fabrication, ensure model quality, develop modelling standards, and coordinate with overseas teams.

Prepare and deliver technical monitoring reports and dashboards from real-time monitoring platforms. Process and analyze monitoring data, produce plots/graphs, compile weekly/monthly reports, and support Power BI dashboarding while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
