Support preparation, coordination and submission of technical proposals and quotations. Log enquiries, liaise with technical teams and clients, maintain proposal databases, ensure correct filing, and assist with general office administrative tasks to enable timely, accurate tender submissions.

Ensure regulatory compliance, conduct audits and risk assessments, investigate incidents, deliver training, manage emergency preparedness, mentor safety staff, and integrate EHS into operations across job sites, offices, and labs.
