Lead a new HR Operations & Total Rewards Center of Excellence: centralize HR systems onto ADP, design compensation philosophy, job architecture and benchmarking, harmonize benefits, build HR analytics/dashboards, standardize policies and processes, and support workforce planning and integration across acquired businesses.

Lead BIM standards and content management across disciplines: develop Revit templates and family libraries, enforce CAD standards, ensure ISO 19650 compliance, collaborate with structural/architectural/MEP leads, and liaise with international clients. Support automation of workflows and template optimization.

Provide building envelope and roofing design, detailing, analysis, and construction administration. Advise architects/clients on enclosure performance and constructability; perform shop drawing/submittal review, develop roof replacement scopes, conduct field inspections, manage projects and deliverables, produce CAD details and technical reports, ensure code compliance, and mentor staff.
