Leads electrical engineering projects involving forensic equipment-failure investigations, power plant and building systems design, instrumentation, data acquisition, component evaluation, MEP analysis, and technical reporting. Mentors team members, interfaces with clients, manages project schedules and budgets, and travels to project sites. Must be able to obtain clearance and badging for commercial nuclear facilities.

Supports construction scheduling and project controls across building and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include developing and updating CPM schedules, reviewing contractor submissions, monitoring progress, analyzing critical paths and schedule impacts, preparing reports, evaluating changes and delays, and maintaining project documentation. The role collaborates with clients, contractors, designers, and project teams while developing expertise in Primavera P6, schedule analysis, project performance reporting, construction claims, and owner representation.

Performs stress, heat transfer, fluid dynamics, structural, finite element, and failure analyses for pressure vessels, piping, rotating equipment, bridges, and other structures. Conducts advanced materials and structural testing, applies industry codes and standards, and reports findings for design, life assessment, and root cause investigations. Requires an engineering degree, strong communication skills, travel to project sites, background and drug screening, and eligibility to obtain security clearances at commercial nuclear plants.
