Debug ecosystem-specific issues, contribute to JavaScript, React, and TypeScript frontends, and collaborate with security researchers to deliver certified packages and high-quality patches at scale.

Own post-sale technical success for European enterprise customers. Lead onboarding and integrations across CI/CD systems, build pipelines, IDEs, and internal tooling; troubleshoot production issues using logs and telemetry; conduct architecture reviews, security assessments, workshops, and business reviews; create success plans and scalable enablement materials; and relay customer insights to Product and Engineering.

Evaluate AI governance frameworks and lead compliance platform decisions. Report to the CISO, establish the GRC function, and hire and manage a customer trust teammate.
