Lead pre-sales technical discussions, demos, and POCs while owning post-sale success and growth for European enterprise accounts. Drive adoption, renewals, and expansions, collaborate cross-functionally, and translate technical capabilities into business value for security and engineering teams.

Own Socket’s product strategy, prioritization, roadmap, and delivery as its first Product Manager. Partner with leadership, engineering, design, Customer Engineering, Sales, developers, and security teams to identify customer problems, define requirements, make tradeoffs, manage commitments, and measure product outcomes. Establish scalable product practices, communicate timelines and priorities, validate solutions with customers, and guide products from discovery through launch.

Lead and grow a Europe-based team of Technical Account Managers responsible for onboarding, adoption, customer health, retention, and technical customer partnerships. Own gross retention outcomes, escalations, post-sales processes, health scoring, QBRs, playbooks, automation, and team performance. Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering while supporting enterprise customers, reporting business metrics to leadership, and scaling the post-sales function.
