Own technical enablement across Customer Engineering, beginning with Sales Engineering. Build onboarding, hands-on labs, certifications, knowledge bases, deployment guides, competitive materials, and launch-readiness training. Use field feedback from demos, POCs, escalations, and call reviews to improve training and product documentation. Partner with Engineering and Customer Engineering leaders to keep teams current, certify readiness, and scale enablement with AI tools.

Own and resolve technical support tickets for developer and security customers through Zendesk, Slack, and Discord. Troubleshoot GitHub, CLI, API, webhook, JSON, and CI/CD integration issues; reproduce bugs and provide engineering-ready escalations. Create runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and macros, identify recurring issues, support product improvements, and participate in regional, weekend, and holiday on-call rotations.

The VP of Engineering will scale the team from 40 to 80+, design operational systems for planning and decision-making, eliminate bottlenecks, maintain technical credibility, and drive technical strategy while fostering culture and feedback loops.
