The Senior Manual QA will plan testing scope, create and maintain test documentation, test mobile, backend, and web applications, stabilize frequent releases, identify and clearly document defects, and improve QA processes. The role requires hands-on use of Jira, Confluence, TestRail or Allure TestOps, MS SQL Server, Fiddler, Postman, and AI tools within an agile, client-server development environment.

Design and evaluate product experiments, including A/B tests and statistical significance analysis. Investigate user behavior, metric anomalies, and product issues; identify growth opportunities; generate and validate hypotheses; and build product dashboards. Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations and decisions that improve product and marketing metrics.

Generate and refine photorealistic AI images and videos, build batch-processing automations, collaborate on visual concepts, maintain consistent asset quality, and develop guidelines for realism and editing best practices. The role requires advanced retouching, prompt engineering, knowledge of AI model limitations, and familiarity with image detection tools.
