Manage and optimize mobile app user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and Apple Search Ads. Responsibilities include budget management, A/B testing, funnel and cohort analysis, campaign performance monitoring, in-app event optimization, and collaboration with creative, product, and partner teams.

Migrate SQL Server data products and analytical workloads to a modern cloud platform. Redesign legacy SQL, ETL processes, and business logic; build scalable pipelines and analytical models; validate data quality; collaborate with stakeholders; and improve platform reliability, performance, cost efficiency, and AI-assisted data engineering automation.

Partner with a global business unit to optimize workforce effectiveness, staffing, engagement, retention, and HR process execution. Manage employee lifecycle processes, payroll budgets, compensation and benefits operations, turnover, performance metrics, and employee satisfaction. The role requires strong project management, analytical, goal-oriented decision-making, resilience in uncertain environments, and fluency in Russian and English. This is a fully remote position supporting distributed international teams.
