Lead launch, management, and scaling of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns for two dating products across app and web funnels. Optimize performance, budgets, ROI/CPA/CPI, develop and test growth hypotheses, collaborate with creative teams, build reporting and automation, and improve campaign processes.

Plan, execute, and optimize lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and push using segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics to drive engagement and revenue. Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams and maintain a testing framework to improve customer experience.
