Manage partner accounts and quality-compliance operations from goal setting through execution and performance control. Analyze reports, statistics, and partner metrics to identify improvement opportunities; support partners in Bitrix CRM; handle complex requests and claims; improve partner processes, reporting, tools, and guidelines; and collaborate cross-functionally on efficiency and cost optimization.

Own product features end-to-end, including architecture, integrations, technical specifications, deployment, testing, and production reliability. Use AI agents as the primary development tool, delegate implementation, critically review generated code, and ensure financial transaction reliability. Work independently as an individual contributor while helping evolve the company’s AI-first development process.

Edit and create text datasets, annotate and label training data, test chatbot versions, and develop creative content. Establish standards for style, tone, explicitness, and quality. Diagnose whether bot issues stem from datasets, prompts, or models, and recommend solutions. Apply strong English and Russian proficiency plus knowledge of conversational engagement, flirting, escalation, and retention mechanics.
