Teams at Social Discovery Group

Own the end-to-end customer journey across B2C social discovery products. Identify funnel friction and growth opportunities, analyze data with AI tools and BigQuery, develop evidence-based hypotheses, write product briefs, prioritize backlogs, and drive initiatives from concept through release. The role focuses on measurable business impact, including revenue and profit, and scaling successful experiments across the product portfolio.

Develop and maintain backend payment-processing and back-office services, including reconciliation, payouts, fee calculation, settlements, and B2B dashboards. Design resilient microservice integrations and asynchronous workflows with reliability patterns such as retries, sagas, idempotency, and deduplication. Monitor performance and reliability, use AI agents to deliver and validate code, write tests, review code, and maintain technical specifications.

Design and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes environments, and internal developer platform services. Develop deployment automation in Go, manage infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible, improve observability, and standardize build processes across products. Optimize ephemeral environments, support engineering teams, and improve developer experience and delivery speed. The role requires strong ownership, systems thinking, pragmatic communication, and collaborative execution in a fully remote environment.
