Manage day-to-day office operations including inventory and asset tracking (Sortly), vendor and facilities coordination, mail and package handling, vehicle maintenance and documentation, event and meeting support, invoice/expense assistance, running business errands, and administrative support for leadership to keep the workplace organized and efficient.

Provide high-volume HR administrative support across multiple client accounts, managing onboarding/offboarding, HRIS and payroll tasks, compliance documentation, employee relations inquiries, and client deliverables while partnering with the HR Director on process improvements and HR programs.

Manage and maintain on-site server and infrastructure environments: install/configure servers, monitor system health, perform backups and security monitoring, apply patches, troubleshoot and recover hardware/software failures, manage user accounts, support clients, maintain documentation, and participate in on-call rotation.
