The HR Operations Specialist supports multiple clients by managing HR administrative tasks, employee lifecycle processes, compliance documentation, and benefits administration while ensuring operational efficiency and employee relation matters are handled with discretion.

Maintain and monitor servers, networks, backups, and security; install/configure hardware and software; perform daily system and security monitoring; troubleshoot and recover from failures; manage user accounts; apply patches and upgrades; document procedures; participate in on-call rotation and provide client support.

The Business Account Executive will expand client relationships, generate leads through cold calling, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include developing proposals, onboarding clients, and representing the company at local events.
