Installs, configures, monitors, secures, backs up, patches, and troubleshoots servers, systems, hardware, software, and infrastructure. Supports client requests, manages user accounts, maintains procedures and standards, performs performance tuning and capacity reporting, monitors data center equipment, handles recovery from failures, and participates in an on-call rotation. The role is fully on-site in Dunedin, Florida and emphasizes technical problem-solving and customer service.

Install, configure, monitor, and maintain servers, networks, backups, and security. Troubleshoot hardware/software failures, manage user accounts, apply patches, perform daily system monitoring and backups, document procedures, and participate in on-call rotation while providing customer-facing support.

Provide high-volume HR administrative support across multiple client accounts, managing onboarding/offboarding, HRIS and payroll tasks, compliance documentation, employee relations inquiries, and client deliverables while partnering with the HR Director on process improvements and HR programs.
