Strengthen partner and staff finance capacity, maintain internal controls and compliance with donor regulations, and coordinate stakeholders. Supervise finance staff and assist with risk assessments, documentation, ERP/SBD data entry, and follow-up on audit findings.

Lead day-to-day technical coordination of the SUWC project in Rajshahi: set up city-level activities, liaise with RCC, RWASA, DPHE and LGED, support sanitation, solid waste and drainage interventions, prepare technical assessments and feasibility inputs, support advisors with data collection and reporting, organize trainings and stakeholder workshops, ensure compliance with SNV policies, mentor project staff, and facilitate coordination and private-sector engagement for implementation and service delivery improvements.

Lead setup and coordination of urban sanitation, solid waste, and drainage activities at city level. Build stakeholder relationships, support implementation and private-sector linkages, design trainings and field visits, collect and report data, ensure compliance with policies, mentor team members, and contribute to planning, risk mitigation, and quality assurance to achieve project outcomes.

Lead design, operationalisation and management of an Innovation Fund and grant scheme for horticulture. Design eligibility, selection, due diligence, contracting, milestone-based disbursement and monitoring. Provide technical assistance and business-plan support to grantees, develop financial instruments and blended finance solutions, embed gender and inclusion, and coordinate stakeholders to ensure donor compliance, financial oversight and performance tracking.

Support formation and strengthening of producer groups, cooperatives and market linkages; provide technical training on post-harvest handling and Ethio/GlobalGAP; facilitate aggregation, grading, storage, traceability and cold-chain improvements; mentor partners, organize exposure visits and buyer engagement, and build leadership and institutional capacity for domestic and export markets.

Provide administrative, logistical, and operational support for the FRESHWAY project, including procurement and SAP processing, travel and event coordination, documentation and filing, liaising with internal departments, data entry, issue escalation, and drafting TORs and memos to ensure smooth project implementation.

Support design, feasibility, establishment and commercial operation of regional aggregation hubs; strengthen logistics linkages, train hub operators and SMEs on quality, business management and supply planning, and coordinate multi-stakeholder engagement to improve post-harvest handling and market access.

Lead start-up, implementation, and closeout of the FRESHWAY project in Ethiopia. Manage planning, budgets, procurement, MEAL, stakeholder engagement, and a multidisciplinary team. Provide technical leadership on food safety policy, pesticide residue monitoring, market guidelines, and EthioGAP rollout to strengthen horticulture agrologistics, reduce postharvest losses, and attract private investment.

Support LIWAY project with communications and administrative tasks: attend events, prepare minutes and comms materials, document learning, manage payments, purchase and fleet requests, maintain filing and travel arrangements, and liaise with partners. Provide general project support and assist the Project Manager as needed.

Provide accounting guidance and hands-on support to 5-6 country finance teams, oversee month-end and year-end close, analyse financial data, support global audits, manage provisions, drive process improvements (including AI tools), and develop accounting guidelines and training to ensure Dutch GAAP compliance and data quality.

Conduct a participatory assessment of the Isthmus of Tehuantepec natural rubber sector to identify competitiveness, sustainability and investment-readiness gaps; facilitate public‑private dialogue; and deliver a validated, gender‑inclusive strategic roadmap with actionable recommendations, implementation sequencing, and dissemination materials.

Lead implementation and provide technical support to district governments and local partners for a multi-year school feeding pilot. Advise project management, monitor local implementing partners, liaise with stakeholders, train staff, develop manuals, establish school feeding committees, collect data for studies, analyze market access, facilitate workplans, and produce project reports and mentorship for partners.
