Leads client-facing impact measurement and builds portfolio-wide intelligence for an impact capital accelerator. Responsibilities include designing measurement frameworks, results chains, theories of change, data collection, analysis, reporting, knowledge systems, donor and tender intelligence, competitive analysis, sales collateral, and proposal support. The role translates quantitative and qualitative evidence into commercial recommendations, strengthens market positioning, and identifies reusable insights across programmes and geographies.

Owns the Accelerator’s financial backbone, including P&L tracking, forecasting, invoicing, budgeting, and profitability management. Manages resource allocation, billability, consultant and subcontractor networks, framework agreements, CRM and operating systems, data governance, compliance, and internal reviews. The role builds scalable processes, resolves operational bottlenecks, supports strategic decision-making, and ensures the commercial accelerator operates efficiently toward break-even across multiple geographies and revenue streams.

Supports impact finance and inclusive value-chain consulting engagements through research, financial modeling, data analysis, stakeholder interviews, fieldwork, and client deliverables. Develops market assessments, value-chain diagnostics, investment analyses, reports, presentations, case studies, and proposal materials. Works across multiple projects, contributes to client meetings and workshops, and helps build the accelerator’s internal knowledge base. International travel and collaboration across emerging-market contexts are required.

Provides procurement and administrative support, including quotation requests, supplier follow-up, purchase tracking, documentation, invoice and payment monitoring, facilities and utility coordination, hotel and accommodation arrangements, office supplies management, records maintenance, and support-staff coordination. The role maintains audit-ready files, monitors operational needs, reconciles booking and payment information, supports reporting, and coordinates with suppliers, Finance, programme teams, and service providers in compliance with organizational procedures.

Supports and monitors contracting and procurement policy compliance across SNV Uganda. Manages procurement activities, contract administration, procurement databases, reporting, documentation, risk identification, process improvements, and stakeholder training. Ensures timely acquisition of goods, works, and consultancy services while maintaining donor compliance and accurate records across projects and country offices.

SNV seeks experienced consulting firms for an expert roster supporting value chain and sector analysis projects under the Global Gateway Investment Climate Reform Facility. Assignments may involve ecosystem mapping, stakeholder consultation, market and policy analysis, investment and trade opportunities, gender mainstreaming, public-private dialogue, and actionable reform recommendations. Firms should demonstrate agile or adaptive methods, change management, women’s economic empowerment expertise, relevant language skills, and the ability to deliver virtual or in-country technical assistance.
