Provide technical and organizational support for youth employment and agribusiness MSE formation at woreda and kebele level. Lead targeting, mobilization, training coordination, partnerships with OSSCs/TVETs, GESI integration, peer coaching, market linkages, startup follow-up, and field monitoring. Collect and report data, support MSE business planning, and document learning and impact stories.

Facilitate program implementation at woreda/kebele level: target and mobilize young women, form YSLA/MSEs, coordinate with OSSCs/TVETs, support skills training selection, monitor field activities, foster market linkages, ensure GESI and safeguarding integration, and compile reports and learning briefs.

Lead and grow SNV Vietnam's Agrifood portfolio: set strategy, represent SNV externally, develop business and funding pipelines, ensure quality delivery and compliance, manage projects and MEL, capture and share knowledge, and coach and lead sector staff while acting as project team leader.

Support the Netherlands Accounting Team with accounts payable/receivable, payroll-related entries, expense auditing, month-end and year-end close tasks, intercompany reconciliations, VAT returns, donor reporting, and SAP Business ByDesign documentation. Tasks will be tailored to learning goals and include clearing balance sheet items, filing, and improving operational work instructions.

Support SNV's Global Risk and Compliance team with procurement and contract administration tasks: maintain procurement tracker and contract register, produce KPI dashboards and SAP-based reports, publish tenders, document processes, and identify workflow improvements while receiving guidance aligned with learning objectives.

Support the Global Accounting team with month-end and extensive close activities, interim global audits, intercompany reconciliations, SAP Business ByDesign masterdata updates, bank directory and supplier maintenance, and process improvement tasks while learning accounting procedures and contributing to audit and reporting support.

Develop context-specific, commercially viable solid waste management business models and dynamic Excel financial models for Cumilla and Sylhet. Conduct situation analysis, stakeholder consultations, scenario development (status quo, hybrid PPP, private concession), sensitivity analysis, capacity-building workshops, and deliver final business case, implementation roadmap, and hand over models and training materials.

The Governance & Legal Intern will assist in governance and legal management tasks, supporting compliance, policy frameworks, and document management within the Global Risk & Compliance Team at SNV.
