Lead design and implementation of market-system interventions for urban agri-food livelihoods. Assess markets, onboard partners, develop business models, prepare sub-grants, provide MSD technical support, monitor outcomes, document lessons learned, and contribute to knowledge and team capacity building.

Provide grant and contract oversight, partnership development, compliance monitoring and capacity building; design and implement market-systems interventions; monitor performance, report results, drive learning, and propose process improvements to achieve project objectives.

Lead and grow SNV Vietnam's agri-food portfolio: strategy, representation, business development, portfolio and people management, knowledge sharing, MEL oversight, and act as project team leader while expanding funding and partnerships.
