Provide technical and organizational support for youth employment and agribusiness MSE formation at woreda and kebele level. Lead targeting, mobilization, training coordination, partnerships with OSSCs/TVETs, GESI integration, peer coaching, market linkages, startup follow-up, and field monitoring. Collect and report data, support MSE business planning, and document learning and impact stories.

Provide technical and organizational support for program implementation at woreda and kebele levels: target and mobilize young women, form and support youth-led MSEs and VSLA groups, facilitate skills training and market linkages, integrate GESI and safeguarding, monitor field activities, document results, and coordinate with cluster advisors, OSSCs, TVETs, financial institutions and local stakeholders to promote youth employment and agribusiness growth.
