Develop, validate, and run CMM inspection programs from drawings and CAD using GD&T. Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections; document results, maintain program library, support AS9100 and FAI, and train operators.

The Mill CNC Programmer develops NC programs, designs workholding, reads blueprints, and optimizes processes for manufacturing parts.

Plan and manage manufacturing projects from contract review through shipment: create estimates, job releases, BOMs; coordinate material sourcing and vendors; monitor job progress; liaise between production, engineering, and program management to ensure timely delivery.

Operates CNC machines for metal and non-metal parts, sets up equipment, interprets blueprints, and ensures product conformity through inspections. Responsible for maintenance and mentoring.

The Lathe Machinist Level 3 will operate and set up CNC lathes, interpret blueprints, generate CNC programs, and conduct quality inspections, ensuring precise machining of parts.

Supervise Quality Assurance staff and inspect precision machined products using measuring instruments. Ensure accurate documentation and communication regarding quality issues.

Manage aerospace/defense programs from contract award through closeout. Own schedule, cost, quality, and risk; lead cross-functional teams; serve as customer interface; drive NPI and FAI activities; ensure compliance with AS9100D, ITAR, DFARS, and DPAS; coordinate resources and corrective actions to meet delivery and quality targets.

Oversee manufacturability from contract review through final shipment. Develop processes, work instructions, tooling, and routings; resolve production issues, coordinate materials and schedules, support ERP calculations, and drive continuous process improvements to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals.
