Lead Snoonu’s social media presence across Arabic and English platforms. Responsibilities include building content calendars, creating and publishing social-first content, identifying trends, coordinating shoots and brand activations, writing copy, monitoring community sentiment, and analyzing performance to recommend improvements. The role requires strong visual creativity, platform expertise, mobile photo and video production, bilingual communication, analytics knowledge, and excellent organization.

Develop and maintain native Android features using Kotlin and Java in product or technical teams. Participate in technical backlog planning, Scrum-based development, and collaborative delivery. Build multi-module applications using AndroidX, Kotlin coroutines, dependency injection, Clean Architecture, MVVM, Jetpack Compose, and Kotlin Multiplatform. Contribute to custom views, testing, animations, and continuous improvement while communicating in English.

Owns the reduction of abandoned and poorly rated orders through funnel analysis, root-cause investigation, experimentation, and cross-functional execution. The role partners with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Merchant teams to develop fixes, measure incremental recovered orders, improve checkout conversion and order quality, and build CX dashboards, frameworks, and playbooks.
