Leads Snoonu’s transition to automated, AI-driven quality assurance across customer support channels and markets. Owns service-quality measurement, automated evaluation logic, QA tooling, governance, and alignment with human reviews. Analyzes quality, customer, defect, and operational data to identify systemic issues and drive improvements in policies, processes, tools, products, and customer journeys. Partners with CX, product, operations, and international support teams to implement scalable quality standards.

Secure and optimize AWS and GCP cloud infrastructure by maintaining least-privilege IAM, cloud security services, network configurations, secure CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, containerized workloads, and API security practices. The role partners with development and operations teams to integrate security effectively and supports proactive infrastructure defense and security automation.

Develop and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP solutions using X++. Build integrations, APIs, data entities, workflows, batch jobs, and reporting solutions. Optimize performance, troubleshoot production and integration issues, validate SQL data, and maintain engineering standards through Git, CI/CD, release management, and documentation across finance, supply chain, warehouse, procurement, and order-management processes.
