Snapsheet will match 100% of the first 3% of compensation and 50% of the next 2% of compensation. For example, if an employee contributes 5% of their salary they will receive a 4% match from Snapsheet

Non-exempt employees start with 10 days of paid time until they reach their 1-year anniversary when it increases to 15 days. At year 3, employees are eligible for 18 days of PTO.
