Serve as an HR business partner for Operations supporting ~275 non-exempt employees. Execute performance management and career pathing, analyze HR metrics, drive retention and engagement programs, coach managers on employee relations and performance issues, conduct investigations, ensure labor law compliance, and support benefits, recognition, and other HR processes.
