Design and build distributed systems and RESTful APIs for Snapsheet’s workflow automation platform. Develop event-driven processes, scheduled system actions, data relationships, and scalable server-side solutions supporting claims technology. The role involves full-stack web development, relational database schema and query design, performance optimization, collaboration in an Agile team, and contributing to multiple initiatives.

Manages a remote auto damage appraisal and estimating team, overseeing workload, production, accuracy, cycle times, escalations, and performance metrics. Provides coaching, training, mentorship, feedback, and development opportunities while maintaining team accountability and communication. Analyzes operational data to improve processes and department performance, supports innovation, and reports progress and challenges across the organization. Requires extensive auto physical damage, insurance, vehicle repair, estimating platform, and team leadership experience.

Develop and maintain UI and API test automation for customer-facing claims software. Partner with Product and Engineering to define acceptance criteria, analyze risks, expand testing frameworks, monitor automated test runs, troubleshoot flaky tests, build test utilities and data generators, and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines. The role supports either Dispatch or Communications and Documentation product teams while contributing shared quality tooling and infrastructure.
