Responsibilities include client research and briefing prep, onboarding logistics and gifting, CRM data entry and satisfaction tracking, project timeline monitoring, vendor communications, inventory tracking, and competitor benchmarking. Focus is ~80% client experience operations and ~20% branding support; learning-focused with potential for full-time conversion.
