Lead SAP data and analytics consulting workstreams for client projects, owning discovery, architecture, design decisions, deliverables, and implementation planning. Extract and model SAP data for modern platforms including SAP Business Data Cloud, Snowflake, and Databricks. Build client relationships, coach junior consultants, contribute to proposals and pre-sales, and help migrate customers from legacy SAP BW and BusinessObjects environments to cloud analytics platforms.

Designs and maintains dbt Core data models and scalable Snowflake transformation pipelines. Responsibilities include SQL development, performance tuning, testing, documentation, version control, CI/CD practices, and translating business requirements into technical schemas. The consultant collaborates with analysts, business leads, project managers, and engineers while progressively delivering work independently across client projects.

Lead delivery of cloud data platform solutions: design and build pipelines on Snowflake/Databricks using SQL, PySpark and ETL tools, implement CI/CD, work client-facing to run workshops, mentor junior staff, and identify business value.
