Administer and maintain hybrid cloud and on-prem servers for a DoD program: provision VMs, automate infrastructure with Terraform, manage Azure storage, networking, AKS, security (DISA STIGs, Entra ID, Key Vault), monitor performance with Azure Monitor/Log Analytics, support migrations, and produce operational documentation.

Support government client by developing, testing, and modernizing software. Integrate data sources, APIs, and web services; configure GitLab pipelines; collaborate with UI/UX designers; follow SDLC and agile practices; maintain documentation and participate in sprint reviews and demos.

Lead SOCPAC data and knowledge management across the OAI lifecycle, oversee migration from C2IE to MAVEN Smart Systems, run the Tech Integration Working Group, enforce DM/KM business rules, ensure data quality and visualization, provide training, liaise with USINDOPACOM, and provide surge operational support.
