Provides ERP consulting for Army financial systems, analyzing business processes, identifying gaps, recommending optimized workflows, and supporting modernization initiatives. Serves as a client liaison, facilitates workshops and training, translates business needs into project deliverables, and manages timelines. Requires Army financial management expertise, GFEBS experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and an active Secret clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI.

Analyzes federal financial data, business processes, workflows, and requirements to improve planning, reporting, and operational outcomes. Partners with government stakeholders to facilitate workshops, recommend process and technology solutions, document SDLC deliverables, develop test plans, execute testing, and support implementation of financial planning and business intelligence applications. The role also translates complex findings for technical and non-technical audiences in a client-facing consulting environment.

Profiles and analyzes data sources, documents end-to-end lineage, maps source data to canonical models, and supports API schema design. Develops data quality, validation, metadata, and governance documentation while collaborating with engineers, architects, clients, and stakeholders to define clear technical requirements for enterprise data products, APIs, and analytics.
