Lead product compliance and certification for electrical distribution equipment. Manage third-party testing with NRTLs, review designs for regulatory risk, develop test plans, maintain compliance documentation, and support manufacturing and suppliers to ensure regulatory adherence and timely product launches.

Lead electrical design for power protection systems from concept through production. Own electronics (PCBA/embedded) and software efforts, create design specifications, manage BOMs/schematics, perform system-level simulation and component selection, support safety certifications (UL/CSA/IEC), mentor engineers, and contribute to IP and strategic technology planning.

Design and optimize manufacturing processes, create work instructions and labor standards, support new product introductions, drive continuous improvement (lean/5S/kaizen), analyze productivity and costs, partner with Quality to resolve production issues, and define tooling and equipment requirements while ensuring safety and quality compliance.

Own full revenue cycle for sheet metal and industrial customers: prospect and close new accounts, grow existing accounts, manage RFQs, coordinate with estimating/engineering, produce quotes, forecast pipeline, and represent the company at trade shows and customer visits.
