Own end-to-end engineering for modular E-House products: define platform architecture and standards, drive DFM/DFA, ensure UL/regulatory compliance, lead NPI, and align engineering with fabrication, testing, supply chain, and commercial goals.

Lead day-to-day electro-mechanical assembly production: execute schedules, troubleshoot assemblies, enforce quality and safety, develop staff, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Planning to meet targets.

Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies from concept through production. Create 3D CAD models and drawings, perform engineering calculations and tolerance analyses, support prototyping, testing, validation, and troubleshoot production issues while driving DFM/DFA and cost-reduction efforts.

Improve and optimize manufacturing processes, create work instructions and labor standards, support new product introductions (DFM, prototypes), drive continuous improvement (lean, 5S, kaizen), analyze productivity and cost, partner with Quality to resolve issues, and define tooling and equipment requirements while ensuring safety and quality compliance.

Own full revenue cycle for sheet metal and industrial customers: prospect and close new accounts, grow existing accounts, manage RFQs, coordinate with estimating/engineering, produce quotes, forecast pipeline, and represent the company at trade shows and customer visits.

Lead electrical design for power protection products, create technical specifications, design electronics and subsystems, own embedded/PCBA and software initiatives, manage documentation, perform system-level simulation and validation, mentor engineers, support safety certifications and IP development.
