Leads the Modular E-House product line as its technical and business owner. Responsibilities include platform architecture, design standardization, manufacturability, regulatory compliance, program execution, cost and schedule decisions, customer engagement, business development, and end-to-end new product introduction. Coordinates Engineering, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Program Management while overseeing product quality, delivery, cost, customer satisfaction, and commercial performance.

Lead electrical design for power protection systems from concept through production. Own electronics (PCBA/embedded) and software efforts, create design specifications, manage BOMs/schematics, perform system-level simulation and component selection, support safety certifications (UL/CSA/IEC), mentor engineers, and contribute to IP and strategic technology planning.
