Perform routine custodial duties in a commercial mall: clean and polish surfaces, sweep/scrub/polish floors, clean restrooms, empty trash, wash windows and walls, move waste to disposal, and maintain general cleanliness. Follow safety and physical requirements.

Performs custodial duties to keep a commercial/mall facility clean and orderly: sweeps, scrubs, polishes, vacuums, cleans windows, fixtures, restrooms, and furniture, empties trash, transports waste, and performs physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, stooping). No supervisory duties; occasional exposure to heights, fumes, and loud noise.

Performs routine custodial duties in commercial or institutional buildings: cleaning floors, windows, fixtures, furniture, restrooms, and common areas; emptying trash; transporting waste; and occasional work at heights and with cleaning chemicals. No prior experience or certifications required.

Perform custodial duties to keep a commercial retail property clean and orderly, including sweeping, mopping, polishing, cleaning restrooms, windows, carpets, emptying trash, and transporting waste. Requires regular physical activity and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Provide regional operational leadership overseeing facility managers, maintenance, budgets, staffing, safety, and customer relations. Conduct account visits, financial reviews, hiring/discipline, supply/equipment approvals, and support start-ups and transitions. Travel frequently and report to Division Vice President.

Perform cleaning and maintenance of mall areas including sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, vacuuming carpets, washing windows and surfaces, emptying trash, and transporting waste. Requires frequent standing, walking, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds. No prior experience, certifications, or computer skills required.
