Cleans and maintains commercial or institutional premises, including floors, carpets, furniture, windows, restrooms, hallways, elevators, and other work areas. Responsibilities include polishing surfaces, removing trash, transporting waste, and keeping facilities orderly. The role requires physical activity such as standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds. No prior experience, computer skills, or certifications are required.

Manages commercial cleaning operations, including customer relationships, worker scheduling and supervision, quality inspections, equipment and supply procurement, timekeeping, maintenance requests, employee training, and problem resolution. Performs cleaning duties using buffers, scrubbers, lifts, pressure washers, and other equipment. The role requires physical work in environments involving chemicals, vibration, noise, heights, and frequent lifting over 100 pounds.

Perform routine custodial duties in a commercial mall: clean and polish surfaces, sweep/scrub/polish floors, clean restrooms, empty trash, wash windows and walls, move waste to disposal, and maintain general cleanliness. Follow safety and physical requirements.
