Perform detailed inspections across Class A office campus, document findings in QA platform, identify and escalate deficiencies, support tenant communications, prepare quality reports, assist training and onboarding, and reinforce cleaning and presentation standards.

Lead full proposal lifecycle: plan, coordinate content, design and produce long-form proposals and business development materials using Adobe InDesign. Manage workflows, templates, version control, and internal reviews; collaborate with business development, operations, and marketing; track outcomes and ensure brand consistency and confidentiality.

Supervise custodial shift and assist the Facility Manager with scheduling and administrative tasks. Perform comprehensive cleaning of school facilities, operate commercial cleaning equipment and lifts, lift/move heavy items (up to 50 lbs), wash windows, and handle employee issues. Ensure safe work practices and maintain orderly premises.
