Perform assembly/disassembly and component replacement (e.g., LCD, HDD) for multiple PC brands, document work in-house, troubleshoot hardware issues within schedules, maintain warehouse cleanliness, and support a safe, team-oriented work environment.

Perform assembly/disassembly and replace hardware components in a repair depot. Diagnose basic hardware issues, document work in internal systems, maintain a clean warehouse, and support team safety and productivity.

Perform assembly/disassembly and parts replacement of PC and electronic units, troubleshoot basic hardware issues, document work in the in-house system, maintain warehouse organization and safety, and collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Oversee selection, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of engineering tools (CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM/ERP). Lead deployments, integrate tools with workflows, provide support and training, monitor performance and costs, ensure compliance and security, document configurations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tool efficiency and uptime.

Diagnose root causes, document investigations, prepare parts for second-level analysis, set up repair lines, liaise with clients and overseas teams, and assist factory teams to resolve quality escalations.
