Perform assembly/disassembly and replacement of parts for computer units, troubleshoot hardware issues, document repairs in the in-house system, maintain a clean warehouse, follow safety and team procedures, and handle repetitive manual tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs.

Assemble, disassemble, and replace parts on computer units in a repair depot. Diagnose simple hardware issues, document work in internal systems, maintain a clean warehouse, and support team safety and productivity.

Manage customer returns (RMA), coordinate with internal teams for failure analysis, maintain RMA records, forecast volumes, schedule logistics, troubleshoot operational/system issues, generate reports, and support continuous improvement to meet lead times and customer satisfaction.

Coordinates testing, implements digital data collection, and supports team safety, inventory flow, and continuous improvement.

Provide administrative support to the executive management team including travel coordination, errands, event and meeting planning, internal communications, procurement and distribution of promotional items, mail handling, basic inventory tasks, and company photography. Maintain bulletin boards, support morale and safety programs, respond to staff requests, and complete ad hoc projects in a warehouse environment with occasional physical demands.

Manage daily operations of engineering staff across QA, testing, production, and R&D. Hire, train, evaluate, and discipline employees. Serve as project manager, set timelines and budgets, ensure technical accuracy and compliance, negotiate vendor contracts, and implement process and product improvements.
