Perform hands-on testing and inspection of motherboards, memory, CPUs, HDDs, LCDs and related components; record and report results, maintain tooling, follow procedures, meet KPIs, perform data entry, and support warehouse 5S and ESD audits.

Provide first-level failure analysis and technical support for production of computing devices. Diagnose root causes, document investigations, prepare parts for second-level analysis, set up repair lines, liaise with clients and overseas teams, and assist factory teams to resolve quality escalations.

Design, implement, and support digital transformation solutions by automating manual processes, integrating AI/ML, robotics, IoT, and cloud technologies with legacy systems. Build dashboards and predictive models, execute project roadmaps, train staff, and collaborate with IT and operations to improve warehouse efficiencies and reduce costs.

Support and maintain the quality management system, perform audits and supplier oversight, analyze failures and corrective actions, create quality documentation and reports, improve receiving inspection processes, and drive continuous improvement (5S/Kaizen) and training to ensure production and supplier compliance.

Support key client accounts by preparing quotations, negotiating costs, resolving commercial and logistics issues, tracking revenue/spending, assisting program and strategy development, coordinating cross-functional teams, and reporting production/status to management. May involve occasional domestic and international travel.

Lead and maintain the Quality Management System to meet ISO, regulatory, and customer requirements. Manage QA processes, data analysis, corrective/preventive actions, supplier performance, audits, continuous improvement (5S/Kaizen), training, reporting, and supervise a quality team while coordinating with operations and systems specialists to improve warehouse efficiency and product flow.

Lead and execute operational projects end-to-end: plan schedules and Gantt charts, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks and resources, track progress against KPIs, communicate with customers and stakeholders, maintain project documentation, and support construction/expansion and continuous improvement efforts.

Support and maintain the quality management system: conduct audits, manage supplier performance, perform failure analysis and CAPA, maintain quality documentation, oversee receiving/outgoing inspections, prepare QA reports, deliver training, and lead continuous improvement (5S, Kaizen) activities in a warehouse production environment.

Oversee end-to-end RMA service operations: manage returns, perform failure and root cause analysis, implement corrective/preventive actions, maintain RMA documentation and reporting, and act as primary customer contact to resolve escalations and improve product reliability.

Manage daily HR operations including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, employee relations, training and development, performance management, investigations, and policy enforcement across the organization.

Perform assembly and disassembly of units, replace components (e.g., LCD, HDD), document work in internal system, troubleshoot basic hardware issues, maintain warehouse cleanliness, and support team safety and productivity.

Diagnose and repair laptops, tablets, desktops and all-in-ones including hardware and software troubleshooting, component replacement (LCD/HDD), system rebuilds, and meeting daily repair KPIs in a warehouse environment.

Assemble and disassemble units, replace components, troubleshoot hardware issues, and document repairs in the in-house system. Maintain warehouse organization and a safe team environment; perform repetitive handheld tool and computer tasks and lift up to 25 lbs.

Coordinate and perform quality-control tests for products, draft test procedures, collect and analyze digital test data, identify and resolve product issues, produce technical reports, and develop ongoing QC testing processes. Support team culture, safety, and efficient inventory/warehouse flow.

Manage daily HR functions including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, benefits and leave administration, compliance with employment laws, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and investigations. Focus on training programs across all employee levels and support managers on HR matters.

Perform first-level failure analysis on returned servers/workstations: visual inspections, component-level troubleshooting, testing and repair. Document root-cause investigations, create formal reports, communicate findings to internal teams and clients, and collaborate with Asia teams. Work onsite in customer lab and use electronic test equipment and database/reporting tools.
