Develop, implement, and maintain in-circuit test (ICT) programs and fixtures for PCB assemblies using ATE systems. Troubleshoot test failures at component level, perform root-cause analysis, collaborate with design teams to improve testability, maintain/calibrate equipment, produce quality reports, and train technicians to ensure compliant, efficient manufacturing test processes.

Performs first-level failure analysis on returned servers/workstations: visual and component-level inspection, troubleshooting, testing, assembly/disassembly, and root-cause documentation. Uses test equipment and database/reporting tools, develops formal FA reports, communicates findings to clients (including Asia team), and works inside customer labs to support product and process qualification.

Designs and coordinates quality-control tests for products, develops test procedures and data-gathering systems, analyzes results, recommends corrections, and documents findings. Supports ongoing QC integration into production and fosters process improvements.
