Prepare and manage production and resource plans to meet customer demand. Schedule production, monitor material readiness, generate work/rework orders, track IOS and KPIs, coordinate with buyers, production, CSR, and warehouse, and publish capacity and utilization reports.

Manages a quality team: hires and trains staff, organizes schedules and workloads, conducts performance evaluations, and administers discipline and terminations per company policy.

Perform first-level failure analysis on returned servers/workstations: visual inspection, component-level troubleshooting and repair, root-cause analysis, data recording and reporting. Use test equipment and database/reporting tools, develop formal failure reports, communicate with internal teams and clients (including Asia), and support continuous improvement.
