Supports planning, scheduling, coordination, documentation, communication, risk tracking, resource allocation, and performance monitoring for company projects. Maintains timelines, milestones, reports, meeting records, and project tools while coordinating stakeholders and escalating issues. Requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office. A bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of project coordination experience are required; CAPM or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.

Develops and maintains in-circuit test programs, fixtures, and hardware for PCB assembly validation. Troubleshoots test equipment and component-level failures, performs root cause analysis, and collaborates with design and production teams to improve testability, coverage, and manufacturing quality. Maintains and calibrates ICT systems, automates testing, documents procedures, trains operators, and ensures compliance with IPC and ISO standards. The role is hands-on in a factory or warehouse environment and may require extended hours during production ramps.

Tests motherboards, memory, CPUs, LCDs, HDDs, and other products; inspects hardware, documents defects and results, enters test data, follows procedures, maintains tooling, tracks ESD audits and KPIs, and supports inspection or soldering assignments. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, adaptability, warehouse organization, and the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.
