Provide first-level failure analysis and technical production support for computing devices: troubleshoot, document root-cause, prepare parts for second-level analysis, set up repair lines, liaise with client and internal teams, and support warehouse/lab operations.

Oversee selection, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of engineering tools (CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM/ERP). Lead deployments, integrate tools with workflows, provide support and training, monitor performance and costs, ensure compliance and security, document configurations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tool efficiency and uptime.
