Leads and mentors software engineering teams developing AI and computer vision solutions. Provides technical direction across architecture, development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Manages project delivery, priorities, risks, dependencies, stakeholder collaboration, onboarding, performance development, and engineering standards. Requires hands-on understanding of Python, C/C++, Linux, Bash, Git, Jenkins, software architecture, machine learning, and deep learning. The role is office-based four days per week.
