Support engineering teams with design review, prepare/update manufacturing and general arrangement drawings using 2D/3D CAD, assist in techno-commercial proposals, perform basic engineering calculations, maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards while collaborating across functions.

Lead and supervise design and delivery of Engineered-to-Order wet seal (API 682) systems. Oversee project requirements, resource planning, GA drawings in Solid Edge, datasheets, BOMs in SAP, and Team Center document control. Mentor and manage 2-3 design engineers, approve deliverables, coordinate with global manufacturing, perform engineering calculations, and support bidding and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with processes and safety.

Support HR operations and continuous improvement: administer and track training, follow-up onboarding during probation, create internal communications (VivaEngage, email, screens), support engagement/CSR events, produce how-to videos/FAQs for HR systems, and update skill matrices, job descriptions, and training plans to align with Talent Development Procedure and integrated management requirements.
