Leads laboratory personnel while providing expertise in analytical chemistry instrumentation and laboratory software, including LC-UV, LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS, GC-FID, ICP-MS, and PCR.

Organize and execute the transportation and collection of cannabis samples. Ensure timely delivery, strict chain-of-custody procedures, regulatory compliance, sample integrity, and adherence to company SOPs. Serve as a professional liaison between clients and the laboratory while supporting operational efficiency and courteous service.

Provides technical leadership for designing, developing, integrating, testing, deploying, and supporting business applications. Translates business requirements into scalable technical solutions while ensuring security, performance, usability, and reliability. Mentors developers, establishes development standards, oversees application testing and deployment, collaborates with IT and business stakeholders, troubleshoots issues, and drives continuous system and process improvements.

Performs complex laboratory analytical testing using HPLC, GC-MS, ICP-MS, and microbial testing platforms. Ensures accurate, reliable results through strict SOP adherence, regulatory compliance, detailed recordkeeping, and support for laboratory quality and operational efficiency.

Provides administrative and operational support to the Sales team by managing customer inquiries, records, quotes, sales materials, meetings, follow-ups, documentation, and internal coordination. Maintains accurate communication with customers and internal departments while supporting sales activities throughout the customer lifecycle.

Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs laboratory instruments; assists with developing and implementing automation methods to improve cannabis sample preparation; and conducts validation experiments. Requires in-depth knowledge of LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS, ICP-MS, and related laboratory instrumentation and software.

Coordinates daily office administration and operations, including employee and leadership support, office services and supplies, scheduling, meetings, records, documentation, vendor communication, and adherence to office policies. Supports cannabis testing laboratory operations by receiving and preparing samples, performing ancillary lab activities, conducting basic moisture and water activity analyses, and maintaining accurate sample processing. Ensures compliance with state regulations, company SOPs, and quality standards while preserving sample integrity, supporting workflow efficiency, and maintaining a clean and safe laboratory environment.

Maintains compliance with federal, state, and related regulatory standards. Develops, implements, maintains, and supports the Quality Management System. Evaluates site compliance, prepares for and follows up on internal and external audits, assesses regulatory impacts of new products and services, and supports management in developing documented business controls to mitigate compliance risks.

Leads the design, implementation, maintenance, security, and performance of the organization’s IT infrastructure. Oversees servers, networks, cloud services, systems, endpoints, upgrades, integrations, monitoring, troubleshooting, vendors, documentation, infrastructure standards, backup and disaster recovery, and business continuity efforts.

Lead and deliver analytical method development and validation (LC-MS/MS, GC) for environmental matrices under GLP and non-GLP. Manage a small technical team, act as Study Director/contributing scientist, engage with clients, interpret complex data, produce regulatory-ready reports, support audits/inspections, and drive continuous improvement and emerging contaminant strategies.

Manage end-to-end medical device testing projects: prepare quotes, control scope changes, host client programme calls, liaise with technical and commercial stakeholders, support cross‑functional labs, improve systems, and represent the company at industry events.

Conduct physical testing of medical devices, manage projects, prepare reports, support validation, perform statistical analysis, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Serve as primary client contact and study lead, acting as Principal Investigator for GLP studies. Ensure on-time, in-scope delivery, perform data interpretation and reporting for bioanalytical method validation and sample analysis, provide technical guidance to staff, support business development, forecast revenue, and maintain SOPs. Requires expertise in ligand-binding assays (ELISA/MSD) and familiarity with GLP/FDA regulatory standards.

Lead end-to-end production of B2B conferences: research industry trends, craft commercially viable agendas, secure high-profile speakers, manage budgets/timelines, collaborate with sales/marketing, and grow event portfolio to drive revenue and strategic growth.

Perform complex analytical testing of cannabis and derived products using HPLC/LCMS, GC-MS, ICP-MS and microbial platforms. Maintain chain-of-custody, follow SOPs and ISO/IEC 17025, run calibrations and maintenance, analyze data and prepare reports, support QC/QA, assist method validation and train junior staff.
