The Project Manager will develop and lead testing programs, build client relationships, and provide technical support and leadership in the materials testing business.

Conduct ISO audits (quality, environmental, OHS), develop and execute audit plans, assess facilities and documentation, identify non-conformities and improvement opportunities, maintain records and auditor credentials, submit audit documentation and expense reports, and support clients through certification using BOS audit management platform.

Perform third-party management system assessments and certification activities across quality, environmental, OHS, automotive, aerospace, medical device, and information security standards. Verify conformance to standards and accreditation requirements, prepare audit reports, maintain impartiality, and build client relationships while ensuring certification schemes meet industry and internal procedures.

Perform IATF 16949 and ISO 9001:2015 audits for automotive clients, develop and execute audit plans, evaluate documentation and processes, identify nonconformities, maintain records and auditor credentials, and deliver audit reports and client support.

Set up and oversee tire, vehicle, and component tests at a proving ground; develop and improve test methods, troubleshoot equipment, analyze data, produce technical reports, manage projects and client relationships, and lead calibration, instrumentation, and test development efforts.

The Business Development Manager will expand client relationships in Europe, targeting medical device and pharmaceutical sectors, and developing strategic account plans, while also supporting marketing and attending industry events.
