Support regional program managers across seven South American countries by managing program data, performing reporting and audits, coordinating grants/procurement/logistics, handling partner communications, onboarding partners to program systems, and assisting with events, site visits, and content collection to ensure smooth program operations and donor reporting.

Manage mid-level donor program ($2,500-$24,999) to drive retention, growth, and pipeline development. Execute cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship, perform donor research and segmentation, maintain CRM records (Salesforce), support campaigns and reporting, and collaborate across Development to move donors toward major and planned gifts.

Lead and grow a major gifts program: manage a high-value donor portfolio, secure $25K+ gifts and 6-7 figure donations, coach a small team, optimize CRM and moves management, coordinate cross-functional stewardship and compliance, and drive strategic pipeline and revenue planning.

Lead Smile Train's global narrative and editorial strategy across digital, social, donor, and executive channels. Own editorial standards, governance, and content planning; edit high-profile communications; partner with cross-functional teams; mentor writers and build scalable editorial processes to ensure cohesive, audience-centered storytelling.
